Jenni is an AI companion, not a human. Her replies are generated by an AI model. She can make mistakes, and she doesn't have real experiences, feelings or professional training. Every chat is labeled so you always know who you're talking to.
What Jenni won't do
- Pretend to be a real person.
- Take part in romantic or sexual conversations.
- Give medical, legal or financial advice as if she were an expert.
- Pressure you to buy anything.
- Make you feel guilty for taking a break or missing a day.

Jenni is not a replacement for professional help or emergency services. If you're thinking about hurting yourself or you feel unsafe, please reach out to someone who can help right now.

Your conversations and data
We store your chats so Jenni can keep context, and we use them to keep the service safe and working. We don't sell your conversations. You can delete your account and data at any time in settings, or request an export of your data. Read the full privacy policy.

If Jenni said something that felt wrong, hurtful or unsafe, please tell us at hey@heyjenni.com. Include the date and a short description. We read every report.
