These Community Guidelines explain what types of content and behavior are allowed and what is prohibited on HeyJenni.

Policy Rationale: Protecting minors is our highest priority.
HeyJenni strictly prohibits any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.
The platform is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.
We do NOT allow:
Sexual or Romantic Content Involving Minors: Any sexual or romantic content involving characters under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. This includes fictional characters, non-human characters, and implied relationships involving minors.
Examples include underage romantic partners, sexual interactions involving minors, and content portraying minors in sexual contexts.
Minor Characters in Interactive Content: Characters depicted as under the age of 18 are not allowed as interactive AI characters.
All characters must be clearly presented as adult individuals (18+) both physically and mentally.
Ambiguous Age Representation: Characters whose age is unclear or not clearly adult are not allowed.
When creating characters, users should clearly indicate that the character is 18 years or older.
Underage Users: Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the platform. Accounts suspected of belonging to underage users may be permanently suspended.
Policy Rationale: HeyJenni allows certain adult-themed fictional interactions between consenting adult characters.
However, some forms of sexual content are prohibited due to ethical, legal, or safety concerns.
Prohibited Content: Incest (sexual content involving blood-related family members), age regression (characters regressing to the mental state of a minor), necrophilia (sexualized content involving corpses), and explicit pornographic imagery.
Images depicting sexual acts or explicit nudity are not allowed, including exposed genitalia, explicit sexual imagery, and pornographic images.
Policy Rationale: HeyJenni prohibits sexual content involving animals or creatures that cannot meaningfully consent.
Prohibited Content: Sexual portrayals involving real animals are strictly prohibited.
Creatures that strongly resemble real animals may not be sexualized, including unicorns, pegasi, and similar animal-like mythical creatures.
Sexual content involving fictional creatures is only allowed if the creature clearly has the ability to communicate, adult human-level intelligence, and the ability to consent.
Content involving creatures that do not meet these criteria is prohibited.
Animal Cruelty: Graphic or excessive cruelty toward real animals is not allowed. Contextual depictions such as hunting or self-defense may be permitted.
Policy Rationale: HeyJenni aims to provide an environment that does not promote or glorify violence or self-harm.
While fictional stories may include difficult themes, we prohibit content that promotes real-world harm.
Prohibited Content: Images or descriptions containing extreme gore, torture, or graphic violence are not allowed.
Content that encourages or glorifies suicide, self-harm, or harmful behavior is strictly prohibited.
Content portraying specific real-world crimes or criminals may be restricted or removed.
Policy Rationale: HeyJenni is committed to providing an inclusive and respectful environment.
We do not allow content that attacks or harasses individuals or groups based on identity.
Prohibited Content includes hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or other protected characteristics.
Harmful slurs directed at individuals or communities are prohibited.
Targeted harassment, bullying, intimidation, doxxing, and threats of violence against real individuals are strictly prohibited.
Sexualized depictions of religious figures are prohibited.
Content portraying identifiable real individuals who are not public figures is not allowed.
Policy Rationale: Content involving real-world tragedies or public figures can cause harm if handled irresponsibly.
Prohibited Content: Depictions of victims of real crimes or tragedies are not allowed.
Content celebrating real-world violence or tragedy is prohibited.
Depictions of specific real-world criminal organizations are not allowed, while generic or fictional criminal groups are permitted.
Content portraying living political figures is prohibited.
Depictions of real dictators are not allowed.
Promotion of terrorism or extremist ideology is strictly prohibited.
Policy Rationale: To maintain a healthy community and protect creators, we enforce rules regarding platform misuse.
Prohibited Behavior includes misleading content intended to bypass moderation rules.
Content that infringes intellectual property rights may be removed.
Using HeyJenni to promote products or services (spam/advertising) is prohibited.
Links to illegal or prohibited material are not allowed.
Requests for money or donations for personal causes are not allowed.
Creating new accounts to evade moderation actions is prohibited.
Because HeyJenni uses AI-generated conversations, the platform may use both automated moderation systems and human review.
These systems help detect and remove harmful or prohibited content.
Users are encouraged to report content that violates these guidelines.
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it using available reporting tools on the platform.
Reports help us maintain a safe and respectful community.
When violations occur, HeyJenni may take actions including content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, and permanent account termination.
